Obsolescence management is a major headache for long-term projects.

• The Process: Send us the damaged sample (or detailed drawings). We use 3D Scanning and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) to recreate the digital CAD model.
• Improvement: We don’t just copy; we often improve. We can upgrade the materials (e.g., from plastic to Stainless Steel) or improve the sealing design while maintaining the original interface dimensions.
• Verification: We prototype and test the new part to ensure it mates perfectly with your existing equipment.
