Are your Titanium connectors suitable for Full Ocean Depth (Hadal zone) missions?

Yes. Our Titanium Grade 5 series is specifically engineered for extreme hydrostatic pressures. While our standard rating is 7,000 meters, we offer specialized configurations tested for Hadal zone (11,000m) connectivity. Titanium’s superior strength-to-weight ratio makes it the ideal material for deep-sea landers and benthic instruments where structural integrity is non-negotiable.

Signal stability is essential for time-series data. We utilize high-purity gold-plated contacts (beryllium copper base) to ensure ultra-low contact resistance over time. This prevents the signal drift often seen in lower-quality connectors, ensuring that sensitive seismic and chemical sensors maintain their calibration throughout multi-year autonomous deployments.
