A 30-second inspection saves hours of downtime.
- Cleanliness: Check the socket bores and male pins. Even a single grain of sand can scratch the gold plating or prevent the connector from sealing.
- Rubber Condition: Look for any slices or deep scratches on the sealing face. If the rubber is peeling (delamination), replace the connector.
- Pin Alignment: Ensure all male pins are straight. If a pin is slightly bent, do not force it; contact HYSF support for advice.
