HYSF uses thick Hard Gold designed for <strong>500+ mating cycles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corrosion Protection:<\/strong> Gold is a noble metal and does not form oxides. This is why our connectors maintain signal integrity even after exposure to saltwater.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Nickel Barrier:<\/strong> Without the nickel layer, copper would diffuse through the gold and oxidize on the surface, causing signal failure.
