What is the maximum pressure rating for HYSF connectors?

HYSF’s self-developed deep-water series is engineered to withstand hydrostatic pressures up to 60 MPa, which is equivalent to a depth of approximately 6,000 meters.

Deep-sea exploration requires zero tolerance for leakage. HYSF connectors are built to perform in the Hadal and Abyssal zones.

  • Pressure Rating: 60MPa (6,000m) is our standard for deep-water series.
  • Testing Protocol: Every batch undergoes rigorous Hydrostatic Pressure Testing using a 100MPa high-pressure pump. The test involves pressurizing a water-filled vessel to the target level and maintaining it for 60 minutes to ensure no leakage or structural deformation.
  • Sealing Technology: We utilize a double O-ring sealing design and high-temperature vulcanization to ensure integrity at these extreme pressures.

This capability makes our connectors ideal for deep-sea instrumentation, ROVs, and subsea control modules.
