Every Batch, Every Connector — 100% Rigorous Testing
We test 100% of our underwater connectors before shipment to ensure zero failure in the harshest subsea environments. For every order, we provide a signed paper test report (including hydrostatic pressure, voltage withstand, insulation resistance and contact resistance results) shipped together with the goods. Each product is clearly marked with the HYSF logo, production date and one-year quality guarantee period.
Test 1: 100MPa High-Pressure Test Pump
1. Install the watertight connector base inside the pressure vessel. Cut the cable tail short and seal the end. Connect to the mating cable and test insulation resistance.
2. Fill the high-pressure vessel with water, seal the vessel lid, connect the high-pressure test pump, and maintain test pressure for 60 minutes.
Test 2 : Voltage Withstand Tester
Connect the watertight cable or connector to the tester for 1000V testing. Tests are conducted between each pair of pins and between pins and the shell. A leakage current of less than 10mA constitutes a Pass
Test 3 : Insulation Resistance Tester
Connect the watertight cable or connector to the tester. Tests are conducted between each pair of pins and between pins and the shell. At 1000V, a resistance > 200MΩ constitutes a PASS. Resistance below 200MΩ indicates leakage and constitutes a FAIL.
Test 4 : Precision Resistance Tester
Connect the watertight cable or connector to the tester and shake it. If the data observed on the tester does not fluctuate significantly during the shaking process, it constitutes a PASS.
Comprehensive Quality Verification System
HYSF specializes in the quality and reliability verification of underwater waterproof connectors, optoelectronic connectors, underwater cameras, and underwater floodlights. We have established a comprehensive inspection system covering environmental, mechanical, electrical, and optical performance. Through advanced testing equipment and standardized processes, we ensure every product delivers long-term stability in extreme marine environments.
- 100MPa pressure system simulates extreme deep-sea conditions to verify pressure resistance and sealing performance.
- -60°C low-temperature chamber, salt spray, and UV equipment test corrosion and aging resistance in harsh marine conditions.
- 15kV insulation testers, precision multimeters, insertion loss testers, and 400x magnifiers ensure superior signal quality and connection reliability.
- 3-ton pull testing on key structures, with regularly calibrated equipment and fully traceable data for consistent quality assurance.
