- Diagnosis: Our engineers will analyze if the issue is installation-related or a product defect.
- Return: If a factory inspection is required, we will issue an RMA number.
- Resolution: For confirmed manufacturing defects within the warranty period, HYSF covers the repair/replacement costs and return shipping.
