We stand behind the quality of our manufacturing.
- Coverage: The warranty covers any failure caused by manufacturing defects (e.g., poor vulcanization, material flaws) under normal use.
- Resolution: In the unlikely event of a failure, we offer repair or replacement services.
- Exclusions: As per industry standard, the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation (e.g., over-torquing), misuse (e.g., exceeding depth ratings), or normal wear and tear of consumable parts like O-rings.
- Confidence: Our 99.98% reliability rate means warranty claims are extremely rare.
