- Manufacturing defects: Faulty assembly, improper sealing, or material defects
- Waterproof integrity failure: Leaks or water ingress under rated depth/pressure
- Electrical connection issues: Contact failures, insulation breakdown
- Material degradation: Premature corrosion, cracking, or delamination
What’s NOT Covered
- Damage from improper installation or mating
- Use beyond specified depth/pressure ratings
- Exposure to chemicals not specified in the product documentation
- Physical damage from impact, crushing, or abrasion
- Normal wear of consumable parts (O-rings, seals)
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
Warranty Claim Process
- Contact us: Email info@hysfsubsea.com with photos and description of the issue
- Provide documentation: Include order number, date of purchase, and application details
- Technical review: Our engineering team will assess the claim within 48 hours
- Return authorization: If approved, we’ll provide RMA number and return instructions
- Resolution: Repair, replacement, or credit within 10 business days of receiving the product

- 24-month warranty: Available for standard products with 15% premium
