• Overmolding: We use Polyurethane (PUR) or Neoprene molding to create watertight junctions (breakouts) that split one main cable into multiple sensor legs.
• Reliability: Factory-molded assemblies are far superior to field-assembled oil-filled boxes or hand splices, eliminating the risk of water ingress at the junction.
• Testing: The entire harness undergoes continuity and insulation resistance testing as a single unit before shipment.
