Are HYSF connectors used for Pipeline Inspection (PIGs)?

Yes. Pipeline Inspection Gauges (Smart PIGs) traverse inside oil and gas pipelines to check for corrosion. HYSF provides specialized high-pressure, vibration-resistant connectors that link the PIG’s internal battery packs, magnetic flux leakage (MFL) sensors, and data storage modules.

It’s a high-pressure, dirty job inside a pipe.

Environment: The connector must withstand the high pressure of the oil/gas flow and the violent vibration as the PIG moves through welds and bends.
Compactness: Space inside a pipeline tool is scarce. Our L-Type (Right Angle) connectors are perfect for fitting into the tight cylindrical housing of a PIG.
Safety: Our explosion-proof design principles (though not Ex-certified per se, they are sealed) add a layer of safety in volatile environments.
