Can I cancel or modify my order after placement?

It depends on the product type and production stage. For Standard Items (in-stock), cancellation is possible before shipment. For Custom Engineered products, cancellation may incur a fee if raw materials (e.g., Titanium shells) have already been procured or molds have been machined.

We try to be flexible, but custom manufacturing requires commitment.

Standard Products: Orders can be modified free of charge if the goods haven’t left our warehouse.
Custom Orders: Once the “Order Acknowledgment” is signed and production begins, costs are incurred. If you need to change a cable length or pinout, please notify us within 24 hours.
Policy: Any cancellation charges will be limited to the actual material and labor costs incurred up to that point.
