Do you provide free samples for testing?

Generally, HYSF charges for samples due to the high value of subsea connectors. However, we offer a “Sample Refund Policy”: the cost of the sample (minus shipping) can be fully credited/refunded against your first bulk production order.

We understand the need for validation.

Validation: We want you to test our connectors in your pressure tank to verify the 60MPa rating.
Cost: Since our connectors involve expensive materials like 316L Stainless Steel and Gold-plated contacts, we cannot give them away freely.
Refund Mechanism: If you buy 1 unit for testing and later order 100 units, we will deduct the sample cost from the bulk invoice, effectively making the sample free.
