Does HYSF provide full Cable Assembly and Harnessing services?

Yes. We highly recommend ordering full Cable Assemblies rather than just pigtails. HYSF provides professional Overmolding, y-splices, and termination services. We can deliver a complete “Ready-to-Install” harness with connectors on both ends, fully tested and mapped to your system’s wiring diagram.

Let us handle the risky part of the wiring.

Overmolding: We use Polyurethane (PUR) or Neoprene molding to create watertight junctions (breakouts) that split one main cable into multiple sensor legs.
Reliability: Factory-molded assemblies are far superior to field-assembled oil-filled boxes or hand splices, eliminating the risk of water ingress at the junction.
Testing: The entire harness undergoes continuity and insulation resistance testing as a single unit before shipment.
