How are the products packaged for international shipment?

HYSF uses industrial-grade export packaging to ensure connectors arrive in perfect condition. Small items are individually bagged and boxed, while larger cable assemblies are coiled on wooden or plastic spools and secured in reinforced cartons or wooden crates for sea freight.

Proper packaging protects the integrity of the vulcanized seals and metal shells during transit.

  • Individual Protection: Each connector is sealed in a dust-proof bag with protective caps on the contacts to prevent pin damage.
  • Shock Absorption: We use bubble wrap and foam inserts to prevent movement inside the box.
  • Cable Management: Long cables (e.g., for towed arrays) are carefully spooled to ensure the minimum bending radius is respected, preventing internal conductor stress.
  • Labeling: Outer boxes are clearly marked with Part Numbers, PO Numbers, and “Fragile” indicators.
