How do you handle shipping damage or loss?

All HYSF shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of damage during transit, we implement a “Rapid Replacement” protocol. Once the damage is verified (via photos/courier report), we will prioritize manufacturing a replacement batch immediately, often before the insurance claim is fully settled.

Your project timeline is our priority.

Prevention: We use heavy-duty export packaging (reinforced cartons/crates) to minimize risk.
Process: If a box arrives crushed, please sign for it as “Damaged” and take photos. Send them to us within 2 days.
Resolution: We do not make you wait for the logistics company to pay out. We re-ship the goods ASAP to keep your project on track, and we deal with the insurance claim on the backend.
