What materials are HYSF connectors made of?

HYSF uses high-grade marine alloys to ensure durability in harsh subsea environments. Our standard bulkhead connector shells are manufactured from 316L Stainless Steel, Marine Bronze, or Titanium Alloy, depending on the application depth and corrosion resistance requirements.

Material selection is the first line of defense against subsea corrosion. HYSF offers flexible material options to match your operational environment:

  • 316L Stainless Steel: The standard choice for most subsea applications, offering excellent balance between strength and corrosion resistance.
  • Titanium Alloy: Recommended for deep-sea or long-term deployment due to its superior strength-to-weight ratio and immunity to pitting corrosion.
  • Marine Bronze: Ideal for applications requiring high biofouling resistance.
  • Insulation Body: We use Neoprene or Polyurethane combined with the metal shell through a specialized molding process to ensure a watertight bond.
