• ❌ Installed or mated connectors
• ❌ Connectors exposed to water
• ❌ Missing packaging or accessories
• ❌ Custom or modified connectors

Exchange Process

1. Request Exchange: Email sales@hysf-connect.com with order number and reason
2. Receive RMA: Get Return Merchandise Authorization number
3. Ship Back: Package securely, include RMA number
4. Replacement: New connector ships within 2-3 days after inspection

Shipping Costs

• Customer error: Customer pays return shipping
