- ❌ Installed or mated connectors
- ❌ Connectors exposed to water
- ❌ Missing packaging or accessories
- ❌ Custom or modified connectors
Exchange Process
- Request Exchange: Email sales@hysf-connect.com with order number and reason
- Receive RMA: Get Return Merchandise Authorization number
- Ship Back: Package securely, include RMA number
- Replacement: New connector ships within 2-3 days after inspection
Shipping Costs
- Customer error: Customer pays return shipping
- Defective product: HYSF pays (prepaid label provided)
