First-Time Customers

• Deposit: 50% with purchase order
• Balance: 50% before shipment (after production complete)
• Payment method: Wire transfer (T/T) preferred
• Production starts: Upon deposit receipt
• Shipment: After balance payment received

Established Customers (Credit Approved)

• Terms: Net 30 days from invoice date
• Credit limit: Based on order history and financial review
• Aplicación: Submit credit application with financial references
• Approval time: 3-5 business days

Large Orders (>50,000 USD)

• Option 1: Standard 50/50 T/T
• Option 2: Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight
• Option 3: 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L
• L/C banks: Major international banks accepted

Payment Timeline

Standard Order Flow

1. Customer submits purchase order or request for quote
2. HYSF issues proforma invoice (PI) within 24 hours
3. Customer pays 50% deposit
4. HYSF confirms receipt, begins production
5. Production complete (2-4 weeks)
6. HYSF sends photos and test certificates
7. Customer pays 50% balance
8. HYSF ships goods, sends tracking
9. Customer receives goods

Credit Application Process

For Net 30 terms, submit:

• Completed credit application form
• Business registration documents
• 2-3 trade references
• Bank reference letter
• Financial statements (for large credit limits)

Credit review: 3-5 business days

Credit limits: Start at $10,000, increase with order history

Price Terms

Standard: FOB China Port

• Price includes: Products, packaging, delivery to China port
• Price excludes: International shipping, insurance, customs, duties
• Customer arranges: Freight forwarding from China port

Optional: CIF Destination Port

• Price includes: Products, shipping, insurance to your port
• Price excludes: Customs clearance, duties, local delivery
• HYSF arranges: Freight and insurance

Optional: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

• Price includes: Everything to your door
• Available for: Select countries

Q: Can I pay by credit card?

A: We don’t directly process credit cards. You can use PayPal which accepts credit cards (4% fee applies).

Q: What if there’s a quality issue after payment?

A: All products covered by 12-month warranty. We’ll repair, replace, or credit defective products.

Q: Can you split shipments with partial payments?

A: Yes, for large orders we can arrange partial shipments with proportional payments.

Q: Do you offer discounts for upfront payment?

A: Yes, 100% upfront payment receives 3% discount on orders >10,000 USD.
