Yes. We manufacture connector shells from PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) for applications requiring high strength, low weight, and electrical isolation. PEEK is an advanced engineering plastic that is chemically inert, non-magnetic, and offers a strength-to-weight ratio comparable to aluminum.

PEEK is the ultimate non-metallic solution.

Non-Corrosive: Being a plastic, PEEK is completely immune to seawater corrosion.
Dielectric Strength: PEEK is an insulator, making it ideal for high-voltage applications where you want to eliminate the risk of the shell becoming live.
Heat Resistance: PEEK retains its mechanical properties up to 250°C, far exceeding standard plastics like POM (Delrin).
