How do you validate a new Custom Design (Qualification Testing)?

We don’t just guess; we prove it. Every custom design goes through a rigorous Qualification Process. This includes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulation during the design phase, followed by Prototype Manufacturing and physical Destructive Testing (burst pressure, mating cycles) to verify the safety factors before full production.

Safety is engineered, not accidental.

  • Simulation: We use software to simulate how the housing will deform under 600 bar pressure.
  • Type Testing: The first batch (First Article) is subjected to tests far exceeding the operational rating (e.g., 1.5x proof pressure) to ensure the design is robust.
  • Report: You receive a full engineering report comparing the theoretical design vs. actual test results.
