Can I cancel or modify my order after placement?

We try to be flexible, but custom manufacturing requires commitment.

• Standard Products: Orders can be modified free of charge if the goods haven’t left our warehouse.
• Custom Orders: Once the “Order Acknowledgment” is signed and production begins, costs are incurred. If you need to change a cable length or pinout, please notify us within 24 hours.
• Policy: Any cancellation charges will be limited to the actual material and labor costs incurred up to that point.
