- Damage from improper installation or mating
- Exceeding rated depth/pressure specifications
- Chemical exposure beyond material compatibility
- Physical damage from impacts or crushing
- Normal wear and tear of O-rings and seals
Warranty Claim Process
- Document the Issue: Take photos of the problem, note the serial number and purchase date

- Assessment: Our engineering team reviews within 48 hours
- Resolution: Replacement, repair, or credit issued within 5-7 business days
Extended Warranty Options
For critical applications and large deployments, we offer:
- 24-month extended warranty: +15% of order value
- 36-month premium warranty: +25% of order value
- Project-based warranty: Custom terms for large contracts
