- Prepare fresh water bath (room temperature)
- Submerge connector for 15-30 minutes
- Gently agitate to remove salt deposits
- Dry thoroughly with lint-free cloth
- Inspect seals and metal surfaces
What NOT to Use
- ❌ High-pressure spray (forces water past seals)
- ❌ Solvents like acetone or alcohol (degrades O-rings)
- ❌ Abrasive cleaners (scratches sealing surfaces)
- ❌ Hot water above 50°C (damages seals)
Storage After Cleaning
- Store in clean, dry environment
- Use protective caps on both ends
- Avoid direct sunlight
- Temperature: 10-30°C ideal
